You are about to enter a dimension of not only
sight and sound, but of the mind. A time when
your mind starts to go and the only thing you
can retain...is water – Yes, MentalPause will be
back at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival for
the 2010 season.
In 2009, MentalPause decided to set out on a
pirate adventure. We sailed the high seas and
looted, pillaged, and plundered our way to fame
and fortune. Not to mention all the "bootie" we
managed to acquire. Schawinggg!
Well, we're back from our seafaring adventures
and have had our fill of seamen for awhile (no
pun intended...OK, it was intended). Now that
we're back on shore, we have returned to our old
(and ever-lovely) crass, bitter, and hormonal
selves. Now that baby sister Luce (at least that's
what it says on the privy walls in Canterbury) is
going through the "change," MentalPause is
back to their old tricks, and heaven help the men
who get in our way!
We'll be back in Canterbury and at the Seafarer's
Beergarden Stage in the Pirate Wharf. We've got
new stories, songs, and jokes to tell and we can't
wait to see you all.
